Immediate payment is expected at checkout. We currently accept payment by PayPal through our website's secure checkout system.

Shipping
All items are hand packed with care.
The shipping costs is based on the items needed to wrap and package the items, as well as the shipping fees. These costs vary, depending on the size and weight of the packages. I do everything I can to keep these rates affordable.
Gifts
I am happy to ship your purchase as a gift. I will even include a note from you. Just click on ADD NOTE TO SELLER, in the check out, when you purchase the item and let me know exactly what you want the note to say.
Refunds & Exchanges
All workshop reservations are nonrefundable, due to the supplies and preparation that must be done. In special circumstances, I do offer gift certificates, so that you can move your workshop to a different time or schedule a class at your convenience.
All sales are final, however, please let us know if you have any concerns or are not happy with your purchase. Refunds will be handled on a case by case basis. Please note, that all computer monitors are a bit different, so the color of the item on the monitor may vary slightly from the art you receive. All custom orders are final, but I will be in contact with you throughout the process to make sure you are happy with the design.

Digital files are non-refundable. Please contact me if you are unhappy with your final image. Your satisfaction is very important to me. Remember, that since you are purchasing a digital file, colors on your final, printed product may vary slightly from what you see on your computer screen due to differences in ink, paper and printing / processing methods (home printers, photo-labs, etc).

Damaged/Lost Items
We package our items as carefully as possible to avoid any issues and also provide a tracking number for you, so that you can keep tabs on your item while it's en route. We are not responsible for lost and/or damaged items or delivery times once taken to the post office, but you may contact USPS if any issues arise.
